I can't log in to WordPress.+

Try the “Lost your password?” link on the login page first. If that doesn't work, make sure you're going to the right URL — it's usually yoursite.com/wp-admin. If you're still locked out, submit a request above and we'll reset it for you.

I made a change and now something looks broken.+

If you were editing a page or post, check the revision history — in the WordPress editor, click the three-dot menu and select “Revisions” to roll back to a previous version. If the issue is site-wide, it may be a theme or plugin change. Reach out and we can help.

I need to update the text or images on a page.+

Log in to WordPress and find the page under Pages in the left sidebar. Click to edit, make your changes, and hit “Update.” If you don't see the changes on the live site right away, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).

My site looks different on my phone than on my computer.+

Some differences are expected — WordPress themes rearrange content to fit smaller screens. If something looks clearly wrong (overlapping text, missing sections, broken menus), send us a screenshot along with your request so we can see exactly what you're seeing.
