Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined in separate proposals or agreements. Those agreements control in case of conflicts with this page.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use services in compliance with applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, NDEVRS retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components. Client-specific deliverables are handled according to contract terms.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" except where explicit warranties are included in a written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NDEVRS is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or material contract breach.
